• Regional focus enhanced by acquisitions and disposals:
– acquisition of Pinehurst Park, Farnborough (£3.5m)
– acquisiton of 66 Wilson Street, London EC2 (£3.6m)
– disposal of 100 Bothwell Street, Glasgow (£16.7m)
• Letting progress and continued tenant retention:
– portfolio void down from 13.3% (March 2012) to 8.6%
– pre-letting of 203 Blackfriars Road, SE1
– 24 new lettings and 60.6% tenant retention securing £3.3m pa
– WAULT increased from 5.8 years to 5.9 years (exc breaks)
