McKay is a fully quoted company with REIT status. It specialises in the office and industrial sectors of the South East of England, including central London.
As a developer investor, McKay is particularly interested in acquiring:
- new schemes for its development and refurbishment programme that can be implemented over the next three to ten years, and
- under-managed properties with rental growth potential.
